Welcome to ServX Pro ERP! This guide will walk you through the essential steps to get started with the system. By the end of this guide, you'll be able to log in, navigate the dashboard, and access your assigned modules.
1. Logging In
Steps to Login:
- Open your browser and navigate to your organization's ServX Pro URL (e.g.,
https://yourcompany.servxpro.com) - Enter your email address in the Email field
- Enter your password in the Password field
- Click the "Sign In" button to access the system
Forgot Password?
Contact your system administrator to reset your password. For security reasons, passwords cannot be recovered automatically.
2. Understanding the Dashboard
After logging in, you'll be directed to the Home page. This is your central hub for accessing all available modules.
Dashboard Components:
- User Manual Card - Quick access to this documentation
- Module Cards - Access cards for each module you have permission to use
- Sidebar Navigation - Collapsible menu for navigating between features
Available Modules
- Commercial - Customer & sales management
- Inventory - Product & stock control
- Procurement - Supplier & purchasing
- Financial - Accounting & reports
- POS - Point of sale operations
- Administration - System settings
Your Access
You'll only see modules that your administrator has assigned to you. If you need access to additional modules, contact your system administrator.
3. Navigation Basics
Key Navigation Elements:
Sidebar Menu
The left sidebar contains all navigation links. Click on a module name to expand its submenu and see all available features. On mobile devices, tap the menu icon to open the sidebar.
Header Bar
The top header contains the page title, notification bell, and user menu. Click your profile icon to access settings or log out.
Breadcrumbs
When navigating deep into features, breadcrumbs at the top of the page show your current location. Click any breadcrumb to go back to that level.
4. Common Actions
Creating Records
Look for the "New" or "Add" button (usually in the top-right corner) to create new customers, orders, products, etc.
Editing Records
Click on a record in a list to view details, then click the "Edit" button to modify information.
Searching & Filtering
Use the search bar at the top of list views to find specific records. Advanced filters are available for more precise searches.
Exporting Data
Many lists have an "Export" option to download data as Excel or PDF for reporting purposes.
