General Questions

What browsers are supported?

ServX Pro works best with Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Edge. We recommend keeping your browser updated to the latest version for optimal performance.

Can I use ServX Pro on mobile devices?

Yes, ServX Pro is responsive and works on tablets and smartphones. The POS module is optimized for touch screens.

How do I change my password?

Click on your profile icon in the top right corner, select "Profile Settings", and then "Change Password".

Sales & POS

Can I process refunds?

Yes, you can process full or partial refunds. Find the original transaction, click "Refund", select items to return, and process the refund.

How do I apply a discount?

In the POS, you can apply line-item discounts by clicking on an item and selecting "Discount". For cart-wide discounts, use the "Discount" button before checkout.

Can I hold a sale for later?

Yes, click the "Hold" button to save the current cart. You can retrieve held sales from the "Held Sales" list.

Inventory

How do I add a new product?

Go to Inventory → Products → New Product. Fill in the required fields like name, SKU, price, and save.

Can I import products from a spreadsheet?

Yes, use the Import feature in Inventory → Products → Import. Download the template, fill it in, and upload.

How do I adjust stock levels?

Go to Inventory → Stock Adjustments → New Adjustment. Select the product, enter the new quantity, and provide a reason.

Reporting

How do I export reports?

Most reports have an "Export" button that lets you download data in Excel or PDF format.

Can I schedule automatic reports?

Yes, some reports support scheduling. Look for the "Schedule" option and set up email delivery frequency.

Account & Access

I forgot my password. What do I do?

Click "Forgot Password" on the login screen and enter your email. You'll receive a reset link. If you don't have access to email, contact your administrator.

Why can't I access certain features?

Your access is determined by your assigned role. Contact your administrator if you need additional permissions.

How do I log out from all devices?

Go to Profile Settings → Security → "Log out all sessions". This will end all active sessions except the current one.
